Masaryk University, Czech Republic, signed an agreement with CMU college of medicine

The Masaryk University is located in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic, and was founded in 1919. It is the second largest institute of higher education in the Czech Republic, with nine faculties covering a wide range of disciplines and research areas as well as over 30,000 students (including foreigners).

Charles University is the oldest university in Eastern Europe, had been founded in 1346. Apart from the usual university departments, the Faculty of Medicine now has five campuses. The Kralove Medical School campus is the leading university in terms of facilities, faculty, and reputation.

After the introduction of President Dr. Jong-Tsun Huang and Prof. Jan Žaloudík, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the Masaryk University, the two deans signed an agreement for future plans and arrangements for research and faculty-student exchange. After the meeting, Prof. Wu-Chung Shen, Dean of the College of Medicine, led the guests on a tour of the hospital's Wuquan Hospital Area,where they were impressed by the spacious and bright space.
