Masaryk University, Czech Republic, signed an agreement with CMU college of medicine

In order to establish the cooperation and exchange between the two medical schools,Dean of College of Medicine,Masaryk University Prof. Jan Žaloudík and Vice Dean Prof.Eva Táborská and Charles University Professor Dr. Miroslava Skovajsova visited CMU on May 5, 2009 and signed an exchange agreement with CMU
The Masaryk University is located in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic, and was founded in 1919. It is the second largest institute of higher education in the Czech Republic, with nine faculties covering a wide range of disciplines and research areas as well as over 30,000 students (including foreigners).
Charles University is the oldest university in Eastern Europe, had been founded in 1346. Apart from the usual university departments, the Faculty of Medicine now has five campuses. The Kralove Medical School campus is the leading university in terms of facilities, faculty, and reputation.
